Arriving Soon & Preorder items will ship to you at a later date. Refer to the estimated arrival time on the item’s page. Please note, on occasion there are delays with arrival times to our vendors. In turn, that puts a setback on when we receive the items to ship to you. This makes everyone sad. Please have patience and know we are working diligently with our vendors and your items will get to you as soon as possible. If the delays are excessive, per our guidelines, you will receive a full refund for that item.
If you order multiple items in a single transaction and they contain Arriving Soon or Preorder items, you may receive multiple shipments containing your items. We will not hold up shipment of your items waiting on the Preorder or Arriving Soon items. We will ship each item as they become available so you get your items as fast as possible.
We utilize the United States Postal Service for shipping. All packages include a tracking number that is emailed or messaged to you once a shipping label is created. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the mail. The United Postal Service will be solely responsible once the items have been shipped. We cannot be held responsible for items marked "delivered" by the post office. You will need to contact your local post office for information regarding your package.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure he/she enters the shipping address correctly. You have 2 hours after your order has been placed to contact us at SouthernSeahorseBoutique@gmail.com about an incorrect shipping address. We will not be responsible and will not refund any items that are shipped to an incorrect address at the fault of the buyer.
